TICKETS: Each family will receive 2 complimentary tickets for each paid recital fee as our guest at the commencement performance. This does not apply to rented costumes. Additional tickets will be $5.00 per person.  Everyone attending the performance will be required to have a ticket, regardless of age.  Tickets may be purchased from the Downtown and Irmo studios.  We encourage you to purchase your tickets early, as seating is limited.

ACCOUNT BALANCE: All accounts must be paid in full before May 12, 2012.  If you are uncertain about your account, please contact the downtown studio (252-0555, 3pm-5pm Monday- Thursday).  

PICTURE DAY: Each class has a specific time for their class photo.  Please see schedules posted at both school locations for day and time of class photos.  
All photos will be taken at the Irmo location.

Ultimate Images Photography will be our photographer.  Please make every effort to attend all class pictures, even if not purchasing!  Solo photos will be worked in as time allows. Order forms and photo schedules will be available at both studios.
Photos must be paid at the time the photos are taken.

COMMENCEMENT PERFORMANCE PROGRAM AD:  Featuring a photo of your choice and a special message from family and friends, your dancer will treasure this keepsake for years to come!  Ad will be black and white and can feature one photo plus your special message (one logo, one photo and short message for business ads).  Forms, with available sizes and prices, are available at both studio locations.  Pre paid orders must be received by Thursday, April 26th.

FLOWERS:  Order forms for post performance congratulatory flowers are available at each studio location.  This is a wonderful gift your dancer can receive for his/her performance well done!  You will be able to pick up your flowers from the "flower table” located in the center of the lobby prior to each performance.

DRESS REHEARSAL: On the day of the rehearsal, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Enter through the front entrance to the theater.  You will see the signs at the “check in/out” table.  The dancer should arrive dressed in costume with make-up and hair complete.  A dressing area is provided for quick changes.  All dancers will be shown where to wait to be called for their rehearsal; and parents will wait in the lobby.  All rehearsals are closed; only staff and performers will be admitted into the theater. We will adhere strictly to the rehearsal schedule and have a history of running on time, so please make every effort to arrive 10 minutes before your specific assigned time.    

PERFORMANCE DAY: On the day of the performance, please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled performance.  Your dancer will be placed in a chaperoned dressing room.  Parents are not allowed backstage at any time.  Only dancers and staff are permitted backstage.  Once checked in, dancers remain backstage until the conclusion of the performance.  Awards will be presented at each performance. Photo cameras are permitted; however, to ensure the safety of the dancers, all flash photography is strictly prohibited.

PROFESSIONAL VIDEOS:  Aspire4More Productions will be videotaping each performance with great prices for multiple performances. Order forms will be available at each studio and at the theater.
